A Stellar Blade PC demo is reportedly coming soon, allowing users to try out the game’s first few sequences ahead of its release in early June.
As reported by Korean publication Yonhap, the PC demo of the game developed by Shift Up will be released on Steam tomorrow, May 31st. The demo is said to feature the first hour of the game, complete with all the full game’s cutscenes and mechanics. As the Korean publication obviously refers to May 31st Korean time, there’s a good chance the demo will drop today in the West.
Stellar Blade debuted on PlayStation 5 last year and was confirmed for a PC release back in November. However, it took a few more months to confirm when the game would launch on Steam and that it would feature all the additional content released on PlayStation 5, as well as a few additions that will also hit the console version.
Stellar Blade is now available on PlayStation 5 worldwide and will launch on PC on June 11th. You can learn more about the game and why it is so popular by checking out Kai’s review.
No butts about it, Stellar Blade is a marvelous feast for the eyes and a technically impressive action RPG. Those who find the hyper-sexualized Eve offputting will find little redemption in finding some modesty for the playable heroine, but at the same time, those already accustomed to the years following Bayonetta’s release and 2Booty memes will find the character designs enjoyable, to say the least. Stellar Blade is a fantastic action title and one PlayStation exclusive you’ll have to play after the kids go to bed.
