Upcoming puzzle game from The House of Da Vinci devs shows up at Future Games Show Summer Showcase to tease never-seen-before levels

The developers behind an upcoming puzzle game based on renowned inventor Nikola Tesla have popped up at FGS Live From Los Angeles to show off new levels and an updated score.

As part of a new House of Tesla trailer, we see a range of eerie locations from inside and outside a factory to more Egyptian-focused rooms. What all these places have in common is that they have mind-bending puzzles we’re here to solve to get us through the game.

The House of Tesla has us exploring the abandoned industrial building of Nikola Tesla’s Wardenclyffe facility. Developer Blue Brain Games, whom you may recognize from The House of Da Vinci, says it was meant to “become an important city where the future is today and every societal process is improved upon by the principles of free wireless electrical energy.”

Playing as Nikola Tesla himself, you’ll watch the moments that lead to the rise and fall of the infamous Wardenclyffe Tower while slowly uncovering the mystery that left you “stranded among deserted machines.”

Here’s the outline from Steam:

“Science brings mysteries toward the light one by one, strips them of their secrets, and makes them part of something greater. It is true that some myths are rooted too deeply, are too resilient, and even seem like having a mind of their own as they resist men of science trying to shine the light of understanding.

“But in the end, science and mystery are anything but anathema to each other. On one stormy night, a person was brought to this world. A child of darkness and a child of light, full of mysteries and full of scientific curiosity, just starting to build a myth of their own.”

Expect handcrafted puzzles that challenge the brain when House of Tesla launches this year.
